For more than 30 years we have been building our position and expanding our service portfolio related to document digitization equipment. Currently, we offer solutions from brands such as Fujitsu, Panasonic and Graphtec. Our specialists and engineers have contributed to Stovaris' status as an authorized service partner of the aforementioned brands, thanks to their participation in numerous service training courses. Our experience and qualifications enable us to provide services at a high level. Thus, we are able to support our partners in the full range of maintenance services (warranty and post-warranty).
WARRANTY - We offer our customers and business partners the opportunity to extend the warranty for both new scanners and devices whose standard manufacturer's warranty has ended. Thus, Users have the opportunity to extend the warranty period up to 7 years, calculated from the date of purchase of the device. We tailor the scope and terms of the warranty to the individual needs of our clients.
SERVICE - in addition to the Stovaris extended warranty, customers have the option to purchase various types of service packages: NBD(Next Business Day), which is the repair or substitution of working equipment on the next business day counted from the date of reporting the failure; On-Site - is a service package that guarantees on-site repair.
As part of the Stovaris Service, we also cater to other non-standard needs, including consumables in the package price.
MAINTENANCE - this service allows you to keep your equipment in good working order. This translates directly into the avoidance of unnecessary downtime and, consequently, a reduction in the associated financial losses.
As a long-time distributor and service partner of document digitization equipment, we offer professional advice and technical support. We select the most suitable care program for each customer to ensure the greatest satisfaction with the products we sell.
PACKAGE: Warranty
- The scanner shall be repaired at the service facility up to 14 (in words: fourteen) working days, counted from the moment of delivery of the device to the service facility. If the device cannot be repaired within 14 (in words: fourteen) working days, a replacement device will be delivered to the customer at the expense of the service facility, with parameters not inferior to the equipment that went to the service facility.
- Telephone and email technical support during service hours, i.e. Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00 (excluding statutory holidays).
- The warranty covers all components of the scanner, excluding naturally wearing parts (consumable and structural components) and those resulting from poor operation of the device.
- The warranty period, depending on the selected package lasts from 1 (in words: one) to 7 (in words: seven) years.
- All defects covered by the warranty package should be reported using an electronic form. The form is available on the website: https://stovaris.pl/partnerzy/zgloszenie-rma/. Once the application is properly completed, an individual application number will be assigned. Notifications arriving after 2:00 pm are registered on the next working day.
PACKAGE: On-Site Warranty
- The scanner shall be repaired within 14 (in words: fourteen) working days, calculated from the moment the technician confirms the occurrence of the defect.
- Repair of the device is carried out at the site of its installation - at the customer's premises.
- If it is not possible to repair the device on site (at the customer's premises), the service is obliged to provide the customer with a replacement device, with parameters not inferior to the repaired equipment.
- Telephone and email technical support during service hours, i.e. Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00 (excluding statutory holidays).
- The warranty covers all components of the scanner, excluding naturally wearing parts (consumable and structural components) and those resulting from poor operation of the device.
- The warranty period, depending on the selected package lasts from 1 (in words: One) to 7 (in words: seven) years.

- The repair of the scanner is carried out up to 2 (in words: two) working days, calculated from the moment the technician confirms the occurrence of the defect.
- Repair of the device is carried out at the site of its installation - at the customer's premises.
- If it is not possible to repair the device on site (at the customer's premises), the service is obliged to provide the customer with a replacement device, with parameters not inferior to the repaired equipment.
- Telephone and email technical support during service hours, i.e. Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00 (excluding statutory holidays).
- The warranty covers all components of the scanner, excluding naturally wearing parts (consumable and structural components) and those resulting from poor operation of the device.

PACKAGE: NBD Exchange Warranty
- The package includes the shipment of a replacement scanner to the customer on the day following confirmation of the defect at the customer's site.
- Repair of the device is carried out at the site of the service provider.
- Transportation costs both ways are covered by the guarantor.
- The replacement scanner arrives in its original packaging, and in this packaging the customer must pack the damaged one for return to service

PACKAGE: Inspections / On-Site Inspections
- As part of the package, the Customer has the right to request a free scanner overhaul (the number of overhauls per year depends on the quantity purchased by the end customer and his individual needs) The scanner overhaul will be carried out during the term of the purchased package at the service center or at the customer's site, depending on the package version, within 14 (in words: fourteen) working days, calculated from the moment the Customer reports such a need. Notification of service reviews should be made electronically, via a form, available on the website: https://stovaris.pl/partnerzy/zgloszenie-rma. Once the application is properly completed, an individual application number will be assigned.
- The inspection will include cleaning and maintenance of the interior of the scanner, aimed at removing foreign elements that have entered the device, during normal operation and use of the device. The service inspection will also include testing of the proper functioning of the device, its calibration (if required) and replacement of consumable components (materials paid separately, according to a separate quote).
PACKAGE: Consumables
- As part of the package, the customer is provided with consumables for the scanner for a period of 1 to 7 years , or a specified number of scanned documents. For this package, on-site service is calculated individually, as well as consumable kits will be delivered and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
