Reinforced tablets and laptops
Tablets and notebooks that meet exacting standards are referred to as "rugged," or reinforced. Such a phrase in relation to devices of this type is far too little. After all, they are designed to work in unusual and even very difficult conditions. IT departments have to face the challenges of working outside the office, where conditions are comfortable not only for employees, but also for the IT equipment used. The use of tablets and notebooks in the field is associated with additional risks of equipment damage or data loss. Working in really harsh conditions is possible, but requires a completely different class of solutions. That is why a group of rugged products was created.
Such devices have military MIL-810 ruggedness certifications, and comply with IP protection standards, up to level 65. They can withstand drops of up to 1.8 meters, have the ability to operate in extreme temperatures, and can withstand operation in low atmospheric pressure, salt spray, dust and heavy rain. Ruggedized laptops and tablets have the ability to run on a battery, up to 24 hours, without recharging. Some models are equipped with completely passive cooling (without traditional fans and fans), making them extremely quiet. They make it possible to work at full capacity outdoors, in any weather.
Dedicated applications include the military sector, police, construction, surveying, industry, logistics, hospitals and repair shops.
Offering notebooks, ultrabooks and tablets
The family of notebooks and tablets offered at Stovaris is designed to work in the harshest conditions. The devices are designed so that weather or other external conditions are not a limitation to work.
From our range of ruggedized laptops, we can offer for design, surveying or supervisory work powerful but lighter (weighing about 1kg) LG "gram" ultrabooks. They have a magnesium alloy chassis used in aviation, which is lightweight and durable. The durability of this ultrabook is confirmed by the MIL-STD-810G military strength and reliability test. This test checks seven factors, from resistance to low pressure and dust, to resistance to high and low temperatures.
