September 7, 2022. Milesight and Actility - two Stovaris suppliers - have announced a partnership. Milesight, is a fast-growing developer of AIoT solutions. Actility, on the other hand, is a global leader in dedicated IoT connectivity solutions. The collaboration between these two providers of advanced Internet of Things solutions is aimed at facilitating their deployment in indoor, smart buildings and offices, smart cities or Industry 4.0. The partners have agreed on technical and business cooperation and mutual promotion of the integrated Milesight LoRaWAN® Gateway and Actility's ThingPark IoT platform.
With customers often struggling to choose the right technology to deploy their IoT projects, Actility's goal is to provide the most tailored options to support their LoRaWAN® networks, while reducing the hassle and cost of integration. Actility, together with Milesight, will enhance customers' ability to provide consistent network coverage across all geographies.
IoT gateways use LoRaWAN to connect smart devices to the cloud for data processing and management. Milesight LoRaWAN gateways, now part of Actility's portfolio, enable seamless connectivity to Actility ThingPark LoRaWAN network servers. Data collected from LoRa "field" sensors is sent via secured links to a number of popular cloud IoT platforms connected to Actility's ThingPark, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS IoT Core, PTC Thingworx, etc.

Integration of LoRaWAN gateways with Actility LRR
Actility offers a LoRaWAN gateway integration program from Milesight. This allows gateways to cooperate and communicate with ThingPark without any interference. The integration process is just a few clicks.
The Milesight and Actility teams worked closely together to modify the antenna specifications of Milesight's devices to match the diverse needs of the market. Now Milesight can obtain full information about the software provided by Actility and easily integrate Actility's LRRs with its LoRaWAN gateways. As a result, Milesight's LoRaWAN gateways can seamlessly connect to Actility ThingPark, manage all sensor data, monitor device status and modify relevant configurations, which means full gateway and sensor management.
