Inspur - How to log in to BMC ?

To log in to the Inspur BMC system, we need a web browser, the IP address of the BMC, and a username with a password (default is admin / admin).

To recognize or set the IP address of the BMC, we need to read it from the boot screen or set it in the BIOS when the server starts.

After starting the server, we see a diagnostic screen where, among other things, we have the IP address of the BMC displayed.

W przypadku, gdy nie posiadamy przypisanego adresu IP BMC, możemy go ustawić z poziomu BIOS-u. W celu dostania się do BIOS-u należy podczas startu serwera wcisnąć przycisk <DEL>.

Once in the BIOS, select the "Server Mgmt" tab, and then the "BMC Network Configuration" option.
Here you need to set the IP address of the BMC.

Type the above address into the address bar of your web browser and you get the following login screen.

We enter the user name and password (by default admin / admin). After clicking on the LOGIN button, we go to the administration panel - the appearance of the window is provided in the following graphic. Here it is possible to read the model and serial number of the server.
