In the first quarter of 2024, a vendor in our security portfolio, Matrix42, tentatively announced the acquisition of Efecte, one of the global leaders in enterprise management software. April already saw the full acquisition of the Finnish company (Efecte) which had been operating since 2018 and in 2022 acquired the Polish company InteliWise, a provider of cloud-based AI services. The acquisition will allow German company Matrix42 to build a leading IT service management company in the segments: ITSM, ITAM, UEM, EDR and ESM.
