How will I be informed of the pass/fail status of my application?
Applications will normally be processed within 30 days of submission. Once the Application has been processed, an email will be sent to the applicant stating whether the Application has been accepted or rejected, based on the criteria set forth in these General Terms and Conditions
What is the application period?
Customers must wait 30 days from the date of purchase of the Promotional Product before submitting an Application (30 calendar days beginning on the first day after the date shown on the invoice). This 30-day period is used to collect sales data to verify Applications and to ensure that this Offer is not taken advantage of by Customers who return a Promotional Product after submitting an Application.
