Recording the course of operations - record video with professional equipment

We are looking forward to the introduction in Poland of mandatory recording of video files of procedures performed in operating rooms. These are to be collections treated as medical records in case any doubts arise about the procedures performed, or as training material (with appropriate approvals). In many European countries, such equipment as a recorder in the operating room has already become a standard, as evidenced by the number of recorders sold by just one of the leading manufacturers TEAC (more than 15,000 units of the FullHD model).
Modern TEAC medical recorders in Poland

TEAC DVRs are devices that record video, audio and photo files in high resolutions: 4K or FullHD. Designed for quick set-up and ease of use, yet packed with a rich list of features and capabilities. With automatic detection of video signal connections and automatic resolution detection, setup is quick and easy. Front control panel (LCD touch screen)

allows users to intuitively enter patient data or import from HIS, and record videos and images with one "click." A built-in hard drive ensures reliable recording, and users can simultaneously record files to USB memory sticks or external hard drives (via USB interface) for archiving, sharing and playback on other devices and locations.

TEAC recorders are also network-ready, allowing export of files to a hospital database, as well as import of patient data or lists of projected procedures in a given operating room.

TEAC recorders are designed to seamlessly and reliably capture and store medical images in the critical environment of the operating room. All TEAC recorders are FDA-approved Class 1 medical devices.
Proposed video recorder solutions from TEAC
TEAC UR-NEXT 4K recording system
TEAC UR-NEXT is a complete system for 4K and 3D/dual channel recording.
It allows recording in 4K resolutions at 60 frames per second and the still very popular Full HD resolutions from any surgical camera or visualization system for full backward compatibility.

The large 7" touchscreen will allow you to quickly enter patient data or import it from the hospital's HIS system, and easily define the task to be performed. Function keys and a multi-tasking JOG-DIAL knob allow you to issue/modify commands in the current operation of the device. A remote control is an added convenience.
Available video inputs/outputs: SDI, HDMI, DP.
Integrated 2TB hard drive.
TEAC UR-4MD recording system

The UR-4MD is a medical recorder that records files in FullHD resolution. Designed for quick set-up and ease of use, yet equipped with a rich list of features and capabilities. With automatic video call detection and automatic video resolution detection, setup is quick and easy.
The front control panel allows users to intuitively record videos and photos. The built-in hard drive provides reliable recording, data backup, and users can simultaneously record to USB flash drives and USB hard drives for archiving, sharing and playback on other devices and locations. The UR-4MD is also network-ready.

UR-Stream 4K/UHD encoder/decoder

UR-Stream is a 4K/UHD AV over IP streaming encoder and decoder that simultaneously records, encodes, streams and decodes multiple 4K (3840×2160) video streams using High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC), a high-performance coding scheme that delivers H.264 video quality at half the bit rate.
