TEAC
TEAC was founded in 1953 as the Tokyo Television Acoustic Company. Its goal was to develop technology in the field of magnetic recording. For more than 70 years, TEAC has been well-known for its video, image and audio recording technologies, and now introduces medical image recorders.
With the continued development of minimally invasive and endoscopic surgery and hybrid operating rooms, there has been a need to design reliable and high-quality solutions for recording and reproducing videos and images of all procedures/surgeries. This record is of the rank of medical documentation, which can be used to explain any irregularities that may have occurred, as well as consultations (on/off line) or education.
TEAC's portfolio of medical solutions includes 4K/FullHD recorders, video encoders/decoders and SURGE ONE software for managing image transmission in the operating room.
