This program is designed to ensure that your products are always up-to-date and covered with the highest level of support, which minimizes business downtime and maximizes return on investment. Software and firmware updates

New features, industry standards or more effective diagnostics. Only an AllyCare membership provides access to the latest software and firmware updates, so your NetAlly devices always remain up-to-date.

Enhanced product features

Active AllyCare members receive access to additional features in the Link-Live platform that greatly enhance testing and analysis capabilities. A detailed list can be found below.

Repairs and replacements

AllyCare members can rest assured - if a NetAlly tester is damaged due to normal wear and tear, it will be repaired or replaced (including shipping costs).
Note: Repairs require prior diagnosis at the Customer Experience Center.

The AllyCare team supports you at every stage - from purchase to after-sales support. With priority access to technical experts, you can easily submit requests online and track the status of issues - from problem to solution.
