Rimage the world's leading manufacturer of automatic optical disc duplication equipment, has gone one step further and created a system for automatic copy/duplication of USB flash drives with simultaneous printing.

Rimage Maestro is the next generation of USB media production. It is the first fully-automated system for transferring/copying data onto USB flash drives, allowing simultaneous printing of labels onto flash drive housings. The system is designed for reliable and robust performance, with industrial-grade robotics. Maestro meets the most stringent requirements for USB digital data processing. Advanced features, the ability to duplicate flash drives, with different capacities and case sizes, combined with a new software package, provide exceptional performance and quality.

Rimage Maestro

The system supports typical USB 2.0/3.0 and "credit card" shaped USB flash drives in two sizes. It has four magazines of 25 each for copying and printing media (separately for standard-sized and slightly "larger" memory sticks). This allows us to produce 200 USB media at a time.
Printing is done with the EVEREST Encore full-color printer, printing directly with thermal color ribbon on the media.

Same day delivery

Maestro systems are designed to copy both individual USB devices that are 100% unique in size and shape, as well as to duplicate hundreds of standard USB flash drives per day. The combination of robotics and specialized software enables fully automatic production that saves time and money.

High performance

Using appropriate modular technology, the Maestro allows duplication of up to four different types of memory cards simultaneously (different capacity and data writing speed) and up to two card sizes. Thanks to the large capacity of the magazines - input for 100 cards, output for 200 cards - the Maestro offers extraordinary working flexibility. Rimage's reliable robotics enable continuous and trouble-free operation for many years of service.
