Rimage X5 copy systems are designed to handle custom orders and copy processes tailored to meet specific customer needs. Applications range from automated data storage specific to unique products produced "just in time" to simple copy processes.

In addition to registration and verification of data on media, encryption mechanisms, authentication, the process and security of communication is also taken into account. Therefore, the X5 system can be used by any company, regardless of its location and local data security regulations. The combination of special software and hardware ensures a high level of security and covers the entire product life cycle.

NON-STOP COPYING PROCESS

All available slots in the device are used. The process takes place asynchronously at a speed of up to 200 MB per second. After recording is completed, the data on the stored media is checked. Then a special protection such as dongles is added. If there are problems with recording in one slot, the others work smoothly and the process of copying and writing data to other media is not interrupted. Errors are immediately displayed on the monitor (information for the system operator). The process starts from the beginning and continues in another slot or the same one, after removing the faulty one and inserting new data media.

SIMPLE OPERATION

The Rimage X5 system is controlled via a network interface. The monitor and keyboard are connected to a desktop computer. LEDs on each slot display production status. Interfaces and APIs make it easy to optimally integrate X⁵ into the company, such as by connecting to central ERP or PPS systems.

SCALABILITY

The X5 copy system is the most comprehensive media management system. Additional adapters allow you to store data on different types of media or media sets. Rimage X5 is prepared for new types of media and can be expanded with additional features and modules. The availability of spare parts ensures a long product life.

SOFTWARE

The software has many capabilities and works with various data sources. It connects orders, pre-processes and final processes. The display of information is customized. Indicator lights and on-screen information show the current status of the order being produced, in real time, and enable easy operation.
