1.    The company Alstor SDS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzilanością (hereinafter referred to as Alstor SDS) is the owner of the website www.alstorsds.pl

2.   The scope of providing information about the user
We assure our users that we do not transfer, sell or lend collected personal data of users to other persons or institutions, unless it is done with the explicit consent or at the request of the user.

3.    Full access to the information contained on the website
In order to get full access to content and services offered by us on the website www.alstorsds.pl, it is advisable for the user to register by completing the registration form.  The form contains a number of categories including, but not limited to, data allowing the user’s identity (personal data). However, it is mandatory to fill only some of its parts, including the Customer ID and Access Password.

4.    Processing of user’s personal data
Personal data contained in the registration form, as well as other user personal data we collect are processed in a manner consistent with the scope of the user’s authorization and the requirements of Polish law, in particular in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws no. 133, item 883, as amended) and the act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204). The set of collected personal data of users is treated as a seperate database, stored in a special security zone, ensuring proper protection. Only a small number of authorized Alstor SDS employees dealing with database administration have full access to the database.

Each user who has filled out the registration form or otherwise provided his personal data to us, we provide access to data concerning him for the purposes of verification, modification or deletion.
