Vertiv

The full history of Vertiv Corporation dates back to 1965, when Liebert Corporation was founded, one of the first manufacturers of precision air conditioning for computer systems. The present shape, the organization began to take when the merger with Emerson (the founding company) took place in 2000. From this merger, the Network Power division was created in the corporation, specializing in technologies for critical IT infrastructure. The well-established solutions offered by Emerson Network Power made it possible in 2016 to establish the company under its current name - Vertiv.

Vertiv's headquarters are located in Columbus, Ohio, USA. The company currently employs around 27,000 people worldwide, of which more than 15% are service engineers and technical support personnel.
