In early 2023, Paessler acquired Qbilon and implemented data analytics from the Qbilon Cloud platform and Qbilion Ultimate into the PRTG software, enhancing, the monitoring system already in place. This combination proved extremely valuable, offering an expanded holistic and automated view of complex IT systems with minimal manual intervention by IT engineers. The strategic acquisition of the company, which provides solutions for automatically capturing, analyzing and optimizing hybrid IT, further underscores Paessler's commitment to making IT efficient and easy to manage in an increasingly digital world.

The main solution offered by Paessler is PRTG software which is one of the most powerful and effective tools available for monitoring complex IT, OT and IoT infrastructure. Paessler offers a universal system for monitoring the entire IT infrastructure with an IoT environmental monitoring solution. An important part of the solution is industrial network monitoring, it allows us to work proactively on network malfunctions and to predict bandwidth and network traffic patterns. In addition, we can reduce downtime due to failure, improve process flexibility and risk management. The software is currently used by more than half a million users in two hundred countries. A dedicated IoT module allows us to monitor a wide range of parameters such as air quality, the state of the building's infrastructure or processes related to operations (such as irrigation of agricultural crops).
