This combination enables Fujitsu scanners to use ABBYY FlexiCapture's highly accurate content analysis capabilities to intelligently extract and classify data from scanned structured and unstructured documents (such as invoices and receipts).

PaperStream NX Manager software, supplied with select models of Fujitsu scanners, enables easy integration with a variety of customer applications and systems. The addition of ABBYY FlexiCapture Connector allows PaperStream NX Manager users to instantly extract business data from documents.

Check out how it works in 10 steps:

1. run the JobCreator tool and specify the connection settings.

2 Click "Generate Jobs."

3. log into NX Manager and open the created task.

4 After logging into NX Manager, you can, among other things, change the settings of your work, such as changing the file format, indicating where to save the document, etc.

5. create a group job and add the previously configured task (point 2-4).

a. Name your group, and you can also add a description.

b. Select the task you want to assign to group work.

6. select paper versions of the documents you want to digitize.

7. scan them using Fujitsu scanners.

8 The digital version of the document should be sent to Flexi Capture by Abby.

9. your documents will be processed by FlexiCapture.

10. now you can export documents to other programs such as M-Files.
