Conveniently check the current operational status of scanners. This feature allows administrators to monitor the status of each scanner on the network in real time and receive notifications when an error occurs or a consumable part needs to be replaced. This ensures that the scanning environment is always maintained as comfortable for all operators.

The dashboard provides a summary of scanner information, such as the total number of scanned sheets and scanner maintenance status. Administrators can get information about multiple scanners at a glance and take immediate next action.

PaperStream Central Admin can centrally manage a large number of document scanners. Its function checks scanner information such as model name, system, firmware and driver version, which is automatically registered in the application when connected to the network. Sorting scanners by department allows individual departments to update their own scanners.

PaperStream Central Admin has a much simpler user interface, providing ease of use for centralized management tasks such as updating scanners, firmware, drivers and more. Even when errors occur in scanners, administrators can check the error on the application's "Event Log" tab and go directly to the error-related page in the "Error Recovery Guide*." This helps save time by avoiding the need to search for the required page in the table of contents.
