Ivanti
Ivanti was formed in January 2017 from the merger of two companies, LANDESK and HEAT Software. For more than 30 years, the two companies have offered user-centered IT solutions designed to increase productivity while reducing the risk of compromising the security of the IT environment. LANDESK was the only vendor ranked by Gartner in 4 areas: customer management, endpoint device protection, IT service management and customer support, and enterprise mobility management.
LANDESK and HEAT Software have made many changes and acquisitions over their many years of operation. LANDESK has absorbed such companies as Wavelink, Shavlik, Xtraction Solutions, and most recently AppSense. HEAT Software, on the other hand, was formed through the merger of FrontRange and Lumension. In 2020, there were further acquisitions of MobileIron and Pulse Secure, which allowed Ivanti to enter the security ( UEM and Zero Trust technologies) and mobile security ( MDM and EMM technologies) businesses. Today, Ivanti is a leader in the Gartner 2022 quadrant for ITSM and UEM platforms
Ivanti's headquarters are located in Utah just outside Salt Lake City, USA. The company has 36 offices and branches in 23 countries. A large center for software development is located in Poland.
Ivanti currently has about 2,000 employees with large offices in London, Frankfurt, Paris, Sydney or Singapore. Ivanti focuses on: enabling organizations to gain control over service delivery, simplifying service management processes, providing real-time previews of services and infrastructure. An important element of Ivanti's products is the security of computer networks, endpoint devices and specialized delivery of tools that connect people, processes and technologies to ensure optimal performance of services provided.
Offer - Ivanti Neurons Platform
Ivanti focuses on endpoint management, zero-trust security and service management solutions to provide enterprises with a single platform to secure and remediate devices and support end users. The company's main product is the Ivanti Neurons IT service management platform, and it turns helpdesk and support teams into strategic business groups. The software has an optimized operation based on the ITIL standard, in terms of the cloud, but we can also use it locally. One of the foundations of the platform is the Unified Endpoint Management Tools module, using MDM and MTD (Mobile Threat Defense) tools acquired from MobileIron. Now renamed Ivanti Neurons for MDM, and complementing the Ivanti tools offered, it is worth mentioning Patch Management and Ivanti Neurons for RBVM, which strengthens security by limiting the possibility of using unknown vulnerabilities in software.
